Big home game for Tullamore

   23 Nov 2015

Tullamore rugby first team face their biggest game of the season so far when they entertain Wanderers in the A.I.L in Spollanstown next Saturday 28th November at 2.30 pm. Wanderers sit in second place in the League table with 25 points from 7 games while Tullamore are 1 point behind on 24 points. Tullamore are in a rich vein of form winning 5 league games in a row after a poor start. In their last game they had a very brave win away to Midleton. With their pack in great form Tullamore will be hopeful of continuing their winning run. The front row of Molloy, Feighery and Lowry are having a wonderful season in the scrum while the lineout ability of Martin and Deverell are a major string to their bow. The experience of Hughes and Deverell at half back and the place kicking ability of Dunne at full back give Tullamore every chance of victory. After the game Club President Arthur Halligan assisted by immediate past president Susan Bagnall will officially cut the tape on the smashing new dressing rooms. So Spollanstown is the place to be next Saturday. The big game kicks off at 2.30 pm.
